I had a quick look around my first impression was that the range felt limited. It just seemed like a lot of the basic things you’d expect to find weren’t there, so I didn’t really have much choice in the end.

I placed my order and paid, then it kind of felt like everything just stalled. There were barely any updates, and I had to be the one chasing to find out what was going on. It did eventually arrive, but it was late, which was frustrating. If you need something by a specific date, I’m not sure I’d count on them

I had to return an item, and the whole process was more frustrating than I expected. The return itself felt like a hassle, but what really bothered me was how long it took to get my refund back. I’ve dealt with returns before, but this one definitely felt slower than it should have.

I was actually ready to place my order and felt good because I had a discount code to use. I typed it in, expecting the total to drop, but nothing happened. I tried again, double-checked the code, and even refreshed the page, but it still wouldn’t work. In the end, the promo felt pointless, which was disappointing because it was the main reason I decided to buy in the first place.

My order showed up on time, so no complaints there, but the box was kind of squashed when it arrived. One of the items also had bubble wrap that was loose, which made me a little nervous. Nothing ended up being broken, thankfully, but for beauty products, I feel like the packaging should be a bit more secure, don’t you think?

I’m not totally sure, but the packaging just didn’t seem quite right to me. Maybe it was just a bad batch or maybe it wasn’t the real deal, I can’t prove it either way. It just gave me a weird feeling, so I probably won’t be buying this again

I ordered from Cloud 10 Beauty and the products themselves were totally fine, no complaints there. The annoying part was customer service. I had a question about delivery and it felt like I was stuck waiting in a queue forever just to get a basic reply. I even had to send another email before anyone got back to me. They weren’t rude or anything, just really slow and not that helpful. I’d probably think twice about ordering again if I needed something quickly

I ordered a few skincare bits from Cloud10Beauty and, everything showed up exactly as I’d chosen. The shades were right, the sizes were right, no mix-ups or hassle at all.

I’m giving 4 stars because the box was a bit bashed when it arrived... but luckily the products inside were totally fine. I’d order from them again.

I was expecting better deals, but the prices seemed noticeably higher than what I found on a few other sites. Compared to the alternatives, it just didn’t feel like I was getting enough value for the money.

Trying to check out on Cloud 10 Beauty was such a headache. My basket kept randomly changing, and then the page just froze right when I was about to pay, which was SO frustrating.
I gave it another go, but then the discount code I’d seen earlier suddenly wouldn’t work. There wasn’t even a clear error message or anything helpful, just kept sending me around in circles like I was doing something wrong.
In the end I just gave up. I was ready to buy, but it really shouldn’t be This hard to place an order online...
